Since we began our online journey on December 4, 2025, our mission has been to provide high-quality stoneware and home essentials that resonate with your style. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, new condition and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate the return process, please email us at support@wollfo.com. Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the specific mailing address for our return center. Please note that returns are accepted by mail only.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your handmade stoneware arrives broken or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email at no cost to you ($0.00).
  • Customer Remorse: If you change your mind or decide the item is not a fit for your space, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping to our return center.
  • Restocking Fees: We believe in transparency and do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: We are happy to facilitate exchanges. Once your original item is received at our center, we will process and ship your replacement within 2 business days.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued directly to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation Policy

We strive to process and ship our handmade items as quickly as possible from our artisan workshop in China.

  • Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • How to Cancel: Email us immediately at support@wollfo.com with the subject line: "URGENT: Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]".
  • Terms: If your email is timestamped within 12 hours of purchase, we will honor the cancellation and issue a full refund, even if our support team responds after the 12-hour mark. If the request is sent after 12 hours or after the order has been processed, the order cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process upon delivery.
  • Fees: There are no fees for order cancellations ($0.00).
