Delivery Timeline
Because our products are artisanal and handcrafted, we follow a meticulous process from the moment an order is placed until it arrives at your home.

- Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Processed Monday – Friday). During this time, your items are inspected and prepared for international transit.
- Transit Time: 7 – 14 Business Days (Shipped Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 – 17 Business Days.
Shipping Origin and Craftsmanship
All orders are handcrafted and shipped directly from our primary artisan workshop and studio located in Guangzhou, China. This direct-to-consumer model allows us to ensure that the quality of our stoneware is preserved from the kiln to your home without unnecessary middleman handling.

Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, you will receive a confirmation email. To ensure your peace of mind, our entire store is protected by an SSL certificate. Order Cancellations
We strive to process our handmade items as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please email support@wollfo.com within 12 hours of placing it.
- If your cancellation email is timestamped within this 12-hour window, we will honor the cancellation and issue a full refund.
- If the request is sent after 12 hours or after the order has been processed, the shipment cannot be stopped. In such cases, please refer to our Returns Policy once the item arrives.
