  • Transit: Shipping takes 7–14 business days. Total delivery time is estimated between 8–17 business days.
  • Origin: All items are shipped from our international artisan workshop in China.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@wollfo.com. If the request is timestamped within this window, a full refund will be issued.
  • Returns: We provide a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, new condition.
  • Fees: There are no restocking fees. We provide prepaid labels for defective items ($0.00), while customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of customer remorse.
  • Refunds: Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
