From our centralized operational base at Room 0512, 5th Floor, Zhenqian Mansion, Gongye Road, Longhua Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China 518110, we have perfected a direct-to-consumer model that serves the North American market. This model ensures every piece of metal art is curated, quality-checked, and shipped with care directly from our warehouse to your door in the USA, eliminating unnecessary costs and complexity.

Our commitment to operational excellence is reflected in our clear timelines: an order cut-off of 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (Chicago, GMT-06:00), a swift 1-2 business day (Monday–Friday) handling period, and a reliable 7-12 business day transit window. This efficiency allows us to provide a total estimated delivery of 8-14 business days across all US destinations.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

  • Using the Site in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.
  • Engaging in any data mining or similar extraction methods.
  • Using any robot, spider, or other automatic device to monitor or copy any Site content.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.

4. Product Information & Purchases

Products: We specialize in metal wall art. All products are sold in new condition only. Descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention protocols. Your order is formally accepted once we send a shipping confirmation.

Pricing: All prices are in US Dollars. We may adjust prices at any time. You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes or import duties, which are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing: Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST (Chicago Time) enter our processing queue on the same business day.

Timeline:

  • Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday–Friday).
  • Transit Time: 7-12 Business Days (Monday–Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8-14 Business Days to destinations within the USA.

Shipping Origin: All items ship directly from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing and carrier delays.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We stand behind our products with a straightforward and fair policy.

Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items. Items must be in original, new, and unused condition, with all packaging.

Process: All returns must be pre-approved by our support team. Please contact us to initiate a return and receive instructions. Unauthorized returns sent to our warehouse address will not be accepted.

Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges for a different item.

Restocking Fees: None.

Refunds: Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5 business days of our receipt and inspection of the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If an item is defective or arrived damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon approval.
