Cancellation Window

We strive to process and ship our handmade items as quickly as possible to meet our delivery timelines. Therefore, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please email us immediately at support@wollfo.com with the following subject line: "URGENT: Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]"

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

  • Before Shipment: If your cancellation email is timestamped within 12 hours of your purchase, we will honor the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method. We respect the timestamp of your request; if you send the email within the 12-hour window, the cancellation will be processed even if our support team responds after the window has closed.
  • After Shipment: If your request is sent after the 12-hour window has expired or after the order has already been processed for shipment, we are unable to cancel the order. In these instances, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy once the item arrives at your location.
  • Fees: We do not charge any administrative or processing fees for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe ($0.00).
